I don't mind too much, as part of learning how to animate is studying motion, and sometimes that means studying another artist's work. But I really encourage you in the future, if you reference another artist's work as closely as this, to simply mention it in your comments when you it upload it somewhere on the internet.

Also! If you want to keep learning and studying motion, try filming yourself acting out something, and then drawing/animating what you film. Studying real life motion is always the best way to learn. Good luck, and keep animating! :)
